Inzet Team Growth is built on the same platform we use for our personal coaching. With the personal coaching platform we help people look back on their stories to understand their why, their unique creation. We help people identify the reason they were put here on this planet. We then guide them through a process of reframing the questions by which they make decisions for their life. Finally, we help them build a path forward.
In the same way, we work with teams, usually in corporations, to help them understand their unique why. Why were they founded as a company? What was the unique market solution they were created to help bring? We then guide them through a process of both reframing and alignment, ensuring that throughout the organization everyone understands the values, the original purpose, and the reason the company exists. The next step is to help them create a path for moving forward with those values.
Of course, the same process used for companies can be used for teams in any organization, whether that is a nonprofit, a governmental agency, or any other instance where a team has come together around a common purpose and wants to figure out how to be more aligned and how to move forward with everyone on the same page.
