“Inzet” is a Dutch word that means a lot to me. It means all in, totally committed. Inzet is about seeing your way forward and moving ahead, fully engaged with your heart, mind and soul, so that you can make meaningful progress more quickly.
As often happens, I discovered the concept of “inzet” just as I was challenged to “row out to deeper waters”with my coaching practice. The foundation for this program has been marinating in my heart for many years and felt that it was time to give it wings! The word” inzet” seemed to sum up what I’d been looking for: a strategy to help my coaching clients discover – and define – their purpose as a pathway to strategic decision making, on a personal level, to strengthen relationships, and also drive business success through the power of purpose.
My good friend, John Mizerak, has owned and operated several businesses and spent the last 10-years as an operational efficiency consultant. As John was led to find a “heart-mind-soul strategy” as part of his vision, we saw an opportunity to add his consulting experience to my coaching practice.
Eight months later, here we are — launching a new company named Inzet, with a great explanatory tagline: Coach. Counsel. Consult. A unique model to help our personal and business clients discover and unpack their story, re-frame the narrative and discover a purpose-filled future.
