Jan Zachariasse interviews Ryan Clegg, from The Clegg Team

Ryan Clegg recently participated in the Inzet to Purpose Group Program and has seen his life and business transformed through the process. The Inzet program helped Ryan discover a new path forward, using PURPOSE as a decision making tool for personal growth AND corporate growth for his real estate firm, Middleburg Real Estate/Atoka Properties.

Since 1939, Middleburg Real Estate has enjoyed a long and rich history in Loudoun County. In that time, they’ve worked with people and properties of all different shapes and sizes. Middleburg Real Estate has been a name that goes hand in hand with hunt country. However, in recent years, that name, and the Atoka Properties brand with it, have come to represent so much more than equine-property expertise – and so much more than Loudoun.

Ryan has been a real estate agent who always puts others first. His ability to winsomely engage, listen and discern your desires enables him to pursue the greatest outcomes. Using what he has learned about himself, through the Inzet process, will only enhance the skills he’s developed through hard work and creativity in putting deals together as a successful Realtor.

Ryan grew up in Lincoln, VA and as a proud native of Loudoun, he loves introducing newcomers to the area’s rich heritage, natural beauty, and sense of community. A graduate of the Virginia Tech, Ryan holds a degree in business and communications. Prior to his career in real estate, Ryan worked as the area director for Young Life, a world-class organization for adolescents in Fairfax, VA.

Outside of real estate, Ryan enjoys hanging with friends, cooking delicious food, playing basketball, volleyball, and most any other competitive activity. He is a lifelong learner, reader and adventure seeker. He is an active volunteer with Young Life at Loudoun Valley and Woodgrove High Schools — but his greatest joy in life comes from spending time with his wife, Megan, and four amazing kids: Caroline, Mary Grace, Emery and Sadie.
